Regarding long-term in DECLINE for the QQQ 200dma.
Back in June-July price was as much as 20% below the 200dma.
Oct.-Nov had a recent low of 16% below the 200dma before rising the last two days.
Can I attribute any importance to these levels. (higher low)?

Have BTU and X... Metals have been doing well last week. BTU is a longer term hold.
